10.6　Construction Facilities

10.6.1　The layout of construction workshops shall meet the following requirements:

1　The workshop site should be close to the service objects and user center，while water and power supply and transportation are convenient.

2　Construction workshops with close coordination relations should be arranged relatively close to each other.(https://www.daowen.com)

3　Production areas and living areas should be separated.

4　Requirements for fire protection，safety，sanitary and environmental protection shall be met.

10.6.2　Construction workshops shall be designed into subsystems.Workshop site，plane layout，production scale，and areas of yards and houses shall be determined respectively and then the construction quantity of civil works and necessary major mechanical equipment are finalized.
