11.6　Handling of Specific Items

11.6.1　Combined with the planning layout of special items，the methods for handling the special items shall be proposed，according to the characteristics of various special items，the extent of impact by inundation and requirements of residents relocation，which include rehabilitation，reconstruction，relocated construction，protection and monetary indemnity，etc.

11.6.2　The scheme of special item treatment shall conform to the relevant policies of the nation and adhere to the principle of being technically feasible and cost effective.For the items that need to be rehabilitated，they shall be planned by following the original scale and original standard with the aim of resuming original functions or original production capacity.If necessary，a dedicated planning and design result for the rehabilitated scheme may be worked out according to the requirement of industrial standards for the special items.(https://www.daowen.com)

11.6.3　For special items that are unnecessary or difficult to rehabilitate，they shall be given reasonable indemnity depending on the extent of impact by inundation and combining with the asset evaluation where necessary.
