科技的日益创新,使传统的普洱茶研究走向了高科技的轨道。新品种、新工艺、新设备、新技术的创新与应用,使得普洱茶走向了风味化、功能化、数字化、智慧化、品牌化的科技之路,引领普洱茶的茶科技、茶文化、茶生活、茶经济及茶产业等发展整体转向健康的趋势。普洱茶技术和理念革新迭代,正式进入“9G(Generation)”时代。

风味普洱:即通过特定的加工工艺,减少或增加某些风味物质使其口感发生变化,形成特定风味。如利用优势或不同微生物菌种,控制普洱茶风味。
