现代普洱茶的发展

科技的日益创新，使传统的普洱茶研究走向了高科技的轨道。新品种、新工艺、新设备、新技术的创新与应用，使得普洱茶走向了风味化、功能化、数字化、智慧化、品牌化的科技之路，引领普洱茶的茶科技、茶文化、茶生活、茶经济及茶产业等发展整体转向健康的趋势。普洱茶技术和理念革新迭代，正式进入“9G（Generation）”时代。

风味普洱：即通过特定的加工工艺，减少或增加某些风味物质使其口感发生变化，形成特定风味。如利用优势或不同微生物菌种，控制普洱茶风味。

With the continuous improvement of people’s living stondard, the demand for tea is also increasing.In 1986, the area of tea gardens in the province reached 121,400 hectares, six times more than that of 1949, and the output of tea was 34,300 tons, 13.7 times more than that of 1949.Yunnan has gradually formed a situation in which Pu’er tea, Dianhong (Yunnan black tea)and Dianlv (Yunnan green tea)are dominant, and several major tea and reprocessed tea advance side by side.At the same time, the development of Pu’er tea has entered the era of science and technology.
