三、普洱茶的创新

随着经济水平的提高,人们对茶的需求也向着多元化、便利化方向发展,为顺应广大爱茶者,普洱茶在多方面进行了创新,如加工技术创新、产品风味创新、产品形式创新、精深加工创新等。

(一)加工技术与产品风味创新

普洱茶是以云南大叶种晒青毛茶为原料,经过特殊加工工艺制成的茶叶。通过对普洱茶加工工艺进行科技创新,使普洱茶的风味产生变化,同时增强普洱茶的保健功效,以满足消费者的需求。

Intelligent Pu’er tea: Through scientific and systematic research and development, the function, technology and industry of Pu’er tea with traditional concept is respectively further clarified, improved and upgraded, forming a standardized, digital, intelligent, branded and traceable system for research, development, production and marketing of Pu’er tea.
