Section I Health-preserving Mechanism of Pu’er Tea
As a geographical indication product of Yunnan, Pu’er tea has been confirmed to have the following health-preserving effects through many years of study, such as increasing the effective functional ingredients, promoting the coordination of contents, improving the immune system of body, regulating the microbial environment of body, facilitating the growth of beneficial microorganisms in the intestinal tract, inhibiting the breeding of harmful microorganisms, etc.
The Secretary-General Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Health and Wellness Conference,“People’s health should be given priority in the strategic position of development.”Under the new normal of economic development, the era of comprehensive health is ready to come out.In terms of health preservation, Pu’er tea mainly regulates the metabolic level of human body in two aspects: I.Enhance the characteristics of human immune system; II.Improve the coordination of human functions by regulating the microbial environment of body.As a characteristic healthpreserving in the new era, Pu’er teahas developed rapidly.The health-preserving mechanism of Pu’er tea is mainly embodied in three aspects: ①Rich health-preserving substances of Pu’er tea;②Micro-molecularization of functional substances in Pu’er tea; ③Mild nature of Pu’er tea.
