护士：我来说说副作用。这个药用过之后可能会出现呕吐、高热、脱发。脱发占病例中60%～90%，一般可逆。用药后1～2天可能出现尿液红染，5～10天可能出现黏膜炎，10～14天可能出现中性粒细胞减少，这些症状都是正常的药物反应。
N：Now let's talk about the side effects of this medicine.The most common side effects are vomiting，high fever and alopecia.The alopecia occurs in 60%to 90%of the patients，and it is reversible.Your urine may appear reddish 1 to 2 days after the treatment；mucosa inflammation may occur 5 to 10 days after thetreatment；and neutropenia may occur 10 to 14 days after the treatment.These side effects are expected and are not unusual.
