N：Mr.Li，your PICC has been successfully inserted.How are you feeling now？
患者：还可以。留置PICC后我还应注意什么？
P：I'm fine.What should I pay attention to after inserting the PICC？
护士：携带PICC的患者可以从事一般性日常工作、家务劳动、体育锻炼，但需避免使用置管侧的手臂提过重的物体或抬高上举，不可以行持重锻炼。薄膜敷料应干燥、清洁、完好、贴壁，不要擅自撕下贴膜。若贴膜卷曲、松动或贴膜下有汗液时，及时请护士更换。每周定期更换贴膜、肝素帽和冲洗导管一次以上。您应注意观察伤口，如有红斑、肿胀、发热、疼痛、渗出等异常时，要及时告知医务人员。
N：Patients with PICC can engage in normal daily work，housework，and physical exercises，but should avoid carrying or lifting heavy objects with the involved armand avoid weight-lifting exercises.The dressing should be dry，clean，intact and adhesive，and do not tear it off.If the dressing is curled，loose or sweat appears under the film，please tell the nurse in time to replace.The dressing should be replaced at least once a week，along with heparin cap replacement and catheter flushing.You should often observe the wound，if erythema，swelling，fever，pain，exudation and other abnormalities are found，you need to inform the medical staff promptly.
患者：可以带着这条导管洗澡吗？
P：Can I take a bath with this catheter？
护士：可以淋浴，但不能浴盆泡澡或洗桑拿。在淋浴前请先固定好导管，然后用保鲜膜在贴膜外缠绕3圈，将穿刺点上下15 cm的范围包裹严密，最后在上下边缘处用胶布固定，防止进水。淋浴后及时检查敷料，如有潮湿、进水，请护士及时更换。
N：You can take a shower，but do not take a bath or sauna.Before the shower，secure the catheter in proper position first，then wrap around the dressing with plastic wrap for 3 loops.In order to prevent water from streaming into the catheter，the area around the puncture site with a radius of 15 cm should be tightly wrapped.Please recheck the dressing right after the shower.If it is wet or damp，please reach out to your nurse for replacement timely.
患者：PICC能保留多长时间？
P：How long can the PICC be retained？
护士：PICC可以在体内长时间留置，最长可以达一年。
N：PICC can be retained in the body for a long time，up to a year.
患者：如果导管内有回血我应该怎样处理？(https://www.daowen.com)
P：What should I do if there is blood in the catheter？
护士：残留在肝素帽或导管里的血液不会伤害您，但是它有可能会增加感染及导管堵塞的危险，所以如果发现导管内有血液，应尽快前往医院冲洗导管。
N：The blood remaining in the heparin cap or catheter will not hurt you，but it may increase the risk of infection and catheter blockage.If blood is found inside the catheter，you should go to hospital to flush the catheter as soon as possible.
患者：其他还有什么需要注意的吗？
P：What else do I need to pay attention to？
护士：妥善固定导管，禁止牵拉，以防导管断裂或脱出体外。门诊时务必携带维护手册。导管出现滑脱、破损时，请在靠近穿刺部位，将破裂或渗漏以上部位折起，并用胶布固定，然后立即到就近的医疗点。
N：You also need to secure the catheter properly，and do not pull the catheter to prevent it from breakage or slippage.Remember to bring your maintenance manual when visiting the doctor at the clinic.If the catheter slides out or is damaged，you should fold it up near the puncture site in upper section of broken or leaked part，and secure it with tape，then go to hospital immediately.
