五、治疗
（一）一般治疗
教育让患者了解疾病的发生、发展及可能的并发症，以配合医生检查治疗。
（二）口腔颌面部异常相关的治疗建议
1.尽早和经常性地由眼科医生做有关近视、白内障、青光眼、视网膜脱离可能性的检查和处理。白内障可行摘除并置入人工晶体，发现单纯型孔源性视网膜脱离，可试行玻璃体切割及眼底激光治疗。
2.保护关节，尤其是膝关节，应避免关节损伤，减轻体重，出现关节松弛，炎症时，可考虑物理治疗及专业医生指导下的专门锻炼，必要时手术。
3.可考虑做骨骼、听力、心脏的定期检测。
