［Abstract］For a long time，we have been taking the special institu-tions as the main model of the disabled children's education.Of course，this model reflected the situation of China＇s economic and social developing level，but now we faced a different epoch which emphasize the equal rights of person with disability on all aspects of economics and social life，especial we adopted the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities，so we need to elect the suitable model to protect equal education rights of disabled children.(https://www.daowen.com)
