材料科学与工程学院创新创业工作浅析

摘要 近年来，材料科学与工程学院学生在创新创业工作中取得一定的成绩，学院逐步形成了较为完备的课程支撑体系、专业指导教师队伍以及学院大学生创新实践基地的有效管理机制。本文对学院的创新创业教育工作进行了阐述，并提出了一些改进的建议。

Abstract Recently，more and more improvements of innovation and entrepreneurship education have been made in the School of Materials Science and Engineering.The School has gradually formed relatively complete system of the supporting curriculum，faculty adviser team and efficiency management mechanism of the innovation base for undergraduates.This paper expounds the work of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the School of Materials Science and Engineering.Furthermore，suggestions have been put forward for Tongji University.

在学校本科生院和学院党委领导下，材料科学与工程学院学生近年来参与了多项国家级、省部级以及学校级别的创新创业项目，取得了较为优异的成绩。近年来，学院形成了较为完备的课程支撑体系、专业指导教师队伍以及学院大学生创新实践基地的有效管理机制，全方位持续支持学生参与各项创新创业活动以及学科竞赛，逐步建立起校级、市级、省部级、国家级以及国际级的创新创业竞赛格局。
