普洱茶的名山名寨
(一)临沧茶区名山名寨
临沧地区是云南省三大普洱茶主产区之一,云南省的三大国家级群体良种(勐库大叶种、勐海大叶种、凤庆大叶种)就有两个源自于临沧。普洱茶产地主要是凤庆县、云县、双江县、临翔区等地,其中著名的山头村寨有冰岛、昔归、大雪山、懂过、忙肺、坝糯、茶房等。临沧地区的茶主要特征为:整体滋味表现苦弱涩强、刺激性比较高;香型特殊且饱满,蜜香显著。

Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture is located in the west of central Yunnan, with an altitude of 2,090 m.It is adjacent to Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture in the east, Pu’er City and Lincang in the south, Baoshan City and Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in the west and Lijiang City in the north.Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture is located in the low latitude plateau, with small temperature difference in four seasons, distinct wet and dry seasons and significant vertical differences.In Dali standing on the opposite site from south to north, the south is the concentrated producing area of tea because of the geological location.Dali tea area is a low-yield one among Pu’er tea producing areas.Nanjian County and other places at the southernmost end are rich in tea.Nanjian tea area is bordered by Jingdong County of Simao City, Yunxian County and Fengqing County of Lincang City, and belongs to an ancient tea area in history.At present, there are more than 70,000 mu of tea gardens in Nanjian.It has the most important position in processing of compressed tea.It is an important compressed tea processing area in Yunnan.The Xiaguan Tea Factory has long undertaken the processing of border selling tea and the export of Tuo tea (Pu’er tea compacted into a bowl or nest shape).Yunlong County of Dali Prefecture is also a famous tea area in Yunnan Province.
Baoshan City has jurisdiction over one district and four counties named Longyang, Tengchong,Longling, Shidian and Changning, passed by the famous Nujiang River and Lancang River.It is located in the northernmost part of the tea area in southwest Yunnan, and the high-altitude area such as Nushan Mountain and the south of Gaoligong Mountain.It has the highest average altitude,the lowest temperature, and the least precipitation.Its superior natural conditions are suitable for the growth of tea trees.There are abundant tea varieties and resources.There are 255,000 mu of contiguous tea gardens in the whole county.It is an important producing area of Pu’er tea in Yunnan.Baoshan people have a history of planting and drinking tea for thousands of years.The Yongchang tea culture with tea as the carrier gradually formed by 17 indigenous ethnic groups during their planting and drinking of tea is unique.In current Baoshan City, there are 10,300 hm2 of ancient tea gardens with more than 100 residential groups and more than 500,000 ancient tea trees.They are mainly distributed in nine ancient tea mountains such as Gaoligong Mountain, Nino Mountain, Tiantang Mountain, Agan Mountain, Huangjiazhai, Bajiaolin, Daliang Mountain, Snow Mountain and Qingliang Mountain.These ancient tea tree communities are covered with native natural vegetation and are well preserved,with strong natural regeneration and abundant biodiversity.They have extremely important scientific research and preservation values and are precious natural heritages.
