Yunnan is a multi-ethnic province.In the long social life, tea has penetrated into all aspects of the lives of various ethnic minorities.The ethnic minorities of Yunnan have preserved many original tea drinking methods, and gradually formed their own unique tea drinking customs with the passage of time.In their social life, tea is not only a drink, but also a kind of medicine and food.Therefore,they also take tea as medicine and food.Ethnic minorities have diverse tea customs and they have always adhered to their own tea drinking customs, which have remained unchanged for thousands of years, forming a multi-ethnic tea custom and constituting a diversified tea custom culture.
