二、以茶为食

西南地区的茶餐饮文化都是起源于原始采集经济时代,经历了农业社会的漫长岁月,使得一些民族在饮茶时喜欢加入佐料、菜食等,西南地区的许多少数民族至今仍然以茶做菜,如德昂族、景颇族、布朗族、彝族的腌茶,基诺族、彝族的凉拌茶,布朗族、德昂族的酸茶,傣族的茶水泡大青果,等等。

(III)Salt Tea

Salt tea is a kind of tea drink in Bai people’s daily life.The making method is as follows:Heat a small sand pot by the fire pit, then put 5 g of sun-dried crude tea for baking.When the tea is roasted until it is fragrant and sends a cracking noise, it pours into boiling water.After boiling for 3 minutes, pour it into a small bowl with a proper amount of salt, and then gently stir several times before drinking.The Bai people think that drinking salt tea can clean the oral cavity, treat gum inflammation and regulate the stomach.

(IV)Mixed Boiling of Tea and Herb

Dai people have summed up many medicinal methods of tea in their long production and life practice.They boil strong tea in clay pots and take it with semen cassia and ginger.People with mild cold will naturally get rid of cold after one or two hours.Tea, glutinous rice and brown sugar can be fried and mixed for taking, which has an obvious curative effect on acute diarrhea.Boiling tea with the root of an old tea tree that has grown for more than a hundred years or brewing it after drying has a certain curative effect on hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and coronary heart disease.
