Everyone has ever received an invitation to a party or an event.However,the invitation,sometimes for some reasons, 1 .Declining is intended not to hurt the host’s 2 or creat hostility between the two of you.By responding to the invitation 3 and 4,you can avoid creating a situation out of your absence,whether it is a formal event or an informal gathering or going out with friends.Here are tips on declining.

•Respond in the manner requested ASAP.Call or write to the host with your 5 and say your 6 that you will not be able to make it,and wish them good luck with the event.It is considered rude to ignore an invitation completely.
