With the development of globalization，various official and nongovernmental organizations and forces，including developed countries and some developing countries，have begun to oppose globalization.As a result，“anti-globalization trend of thoughts” have emerged and globalization has entered a new stage that is bringing more frictions and contradictions.From the perspective of law and trend of globalization，the term “antiglobalization” does not hold water.In fact，it should be called against globalization，which is a trend of thought to oppose the globalization.The core problem of this trend of thought is that in the process of the current round of economic globalization，the problems of global income inequality and unfair distribution of wealth have expanded not only between developed and developing countries，but also within developed and developing countries.There have been many empirical analysis results and data to illustrate this phenomenon.For example，French economist Piketty pointed out in his Capital in the Twenty-First Century that the global inequality has increased and will continue to increase throughout the 21st century，especially in developed countries such as the United States and Europe，where the concentration of wealth is increasing day by day.Not only that，the imbalance of development between countries in the world，especially between developed and developing countries，is becoming more and more prominent.Globalization accelerates the growth and enlarges the cake of the world economy.However，how to distribute the big cake and benefits of globalization，how to distribute them reasonably among countries and how to distribute them reasonably within a country are obviously realistic issues worth thinking about.Since the development of this round of globalization，the key to the emergence of the “anti-globalization” （i.e.against globalization） trend of thought lies in the fact that the income distribution problem of globalization has not been solved properly.With the accelerated development of globalization，the imbalance of development has become increasingly prominent.The imbalance，intolerance and unfairness in the development of globalization have restricted the healthy and sustainable development of economic globalization.
