In the process of economic globalization，all kinds of factors can achieve free flow theoretically.However，compared with the free flow of capital，knowledge，technology，talents and other factors，the labor factor is often difficult to realize free international flow due to the restrictions of immigration systems in various countries.In this context，capital and other factors can flow under the most favorable cost and conditions，and then are most likely to maximize the benefits，that is，there will inevitably be a remuneration share of capital and other factors significantly higher than that of the labor factor.Therefore，in the process of economic globalization，there will be great differences in the remuneration distribution and income of various factors.Among them，the most prominent is the gradual widening of the remuneration gap between capital and labor，which is increasingly unfavorable to the labor factor.Then，the working class becomes more and more unsatisfied with economic globalization，leading to the continuous deterioration of the global labor-capital relations^[3].As a result，the increasingly tense labor-capital relations will slow down the process of economic globalization.
