172.国家级传承人：余培锡
项目名称：广彩瓷烧制技艺
余培锡，男，1929年生。广州广彩加工场及后来的织金彩瓷工艺厂的创始人之一，长期主要从事广彩的创作、设计和带徒工作。经验丰富，技术全面，有很高造诣，擅长广彩动物、花卉、人物等工笔图案，且造型能力强，还有“色上色”、“长行人物”等绝活。迄今已创作设计广彩新花式600多件（套），授徒500多人。2004年被授予“广东省优秀民间艺术大师”称号，2006年又被授予“中国工艺美术大师”称号。
172. State-Level Inheritor: Yu Peixi
Item: Firing Technique of Guangzhou Decorative Porcelain
Yu Peixin, male, was born in 1929. He is one of the co-founders of Guangzhou Canton Enamel Processing Factory and the Zhi Jin Painted Ceramic Craft Factory. He has been engaging in design of Canton enamel and teaching learners. With rich experience and comprehensive skills, Yu has attained high achievements in Canton enamel. He is versed in designing animals, fowers and characters. He has mastered the unique skills of “Colorupon-color Craft”, “A Long Queue of People”. So far, he has designed more than 600 pieces(sets) of new styles of Cantonese enamel and instructed over 500 apprentices. He was honored with the title of “Guangdong Province Outstanding Folk Art Master” in 2004 and that of the “China Arts and Crafts Master” in 2006 respectively.

陈文敏，男，1961年生。1987年创办广州市番禺莲花彩瓷实业有限公司，任艺术总监至今。师从我国工艺美术大师余培锡，全面掌握了广彩烧制技艺，有很强的独立设计、创作能力，尤其善于吸收其他艺术元素，把书法艺术的用笔和线条运用到广彩艺术中，并融入西洋工艺的风格，尝试应用摄影和计算机等现代技术来增强广彩的表现力。2009年被授予“广东省工艺美术大师”称号。
173. Province-Level Inheritor: Chen Wenmin
Item: Firing Technique of Guangzhou Decorative Porcelain
Chen Wenmin, male, was born in 1961. He established Guangzhou Panyu Lotus Ceramics Industry Co., Ltd. in 1987 and served as the Artistic Director. He learned from Yu Peixi, a Chinese Arts and Crafts Master. He grasped comprehensively the f ring techniques of Cantonese Enamel. With independent design capability and invention, he has absorbed other artistic elements and applied the calligraphy skills to the disigns, such as writing movements and line drawing of calligraphy. He has also adopted the western techniques, modern technologies like photography and computers to enhance the performance of canton enamel. Chen was awarded with the title “Guangdong Province Arts and Crafts master” in 2009.

项目名称：枫溪瓷烧制技艺
陈钟鸣，男，1936年生。高级工艺美术师，10岁即开始学瓷艺，曾师从景德瓷名家蔡金台，有50年从事枫溪瓷艺创作和研究的丰富经验。技艺全面，造诣甚高，尤擅长陶瓷仕女制作，以清、新、秀、雅见称，多件作品曾获全国陶瓷美术设计评比一等奖，22寸琵琶通花瓶获保加利亚普罗迪夫国际博览会金奖，巨型《通花双龙戏珠》在新加坡、加拿大展出，被誉为“中国工艺美术登峰造极之作”。几十年来培养了大批瓷艺人才，有些已成为枫溪瓷新一代的代表人物，为枫溪瓷艺的传承发展作出了重要贡献。1988年被授予“中国工艺美术大师”称号。
174. Province-Level Inheritor: Chen Zhongming
Item: Firing Technique of Fengxi Porcelain
Chen Zhongming, male, was born in 1936. He is a senior industrial artist. He began to learn the ceramic art since 10 years old, and studied under the tutelage of Cai Jintai, the famous porcelain master. With 50 years of experience in Fengxi porcelain arts design, Chen has grasped the comprehensive skills and has attained great achievements. He is good at designing porcelain maiden, portraying a delicate and elegant fgure. Many of Chen’s works won the frst prize in the National Ceramic Art and Design competitions. Moreover, his works of 22-inch Pipatong vase won the gold medal in Plovdiv International Fair in Bulgaria. The giant works such as “Double Dragons Chasing a Pearl” were exhibited in Singapore, Canada, which was hailed as “the works reaching the peak of perfection in China arts and crafts”. For decades, Chen has contributed a lot to the impartment of Fengxi Porcelain arts by fostering a large number of porcelain art talents, some of whom have become the representatives of Fengxi porcelain in the new generation. Hence, he was awarded the title of “Chinese Arts and Crafts Master” in 1988.

项目名称：枫溪瓷烧制技艺
王龙才，男，1932年生。14岁即师从著名陶瓷艺师吴阿猴。从事枫溪瓷艺和研究50多年，经验丰富，造诣深厚，技艺高超，被授予“中国工艺美术终身成就奖”，被聘为“中国知识产权文化大使”。其通雕瓷花及瓷塑成就卓著，把枫溪瓷独有的通雕瓷花技艺推向了一个新的高峰，在国内独树一帜，作品屡获国内外大奖并被定为国礼瓷，其中《春色瓷花篮》被作为国宝陈列于北京人民大会堂，《白玉通花瓷》获保加利亚普罗迪夫国际博览会金奖。多年来不遗余力地从事枫溪瓷艺的传承，培养了一大批瓷艺人才。
175. Province-Level Inheritor: Wang Longcai
Item: Firing Technique of Fengxi Porcelain
Wang Longcai, male, was born in 1932. At the age of 14, he was under the tutelage of renowned ceramic art teacher Wu Ehou to learn Fengxi Porcelain Arts. With 50 years of experience in Fengxi porcelain arts and research, Wang mastered the unique skills and attained great achievements. He thus was granted the title of “China Fine Arts Lifetime Achievement Award” and was appointed as the “China Intellectual Property Culture Ambassador”. His work of porcelain flowers has been proved to be the article which represents the most advanced technique in Fengxi porcelain. Wang’s works, which have won many awards both at home and abroad, have been designated as the State Gift Porcelain. Besides, his work “Spring Flower Basket Porcelain” has been displayed in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing as a national treasure; his work “White Jade Flower Porcelain” won the Gold Medal in the Plovdiv International Fair, Bulgaria. For years, Wang has spared no efforts to engage in the development of Fengxi porcelain art and foster a large number of porcelain arts talents.

刘泽棉，男，1937年生。出身于石湾陶艺世家，深受家传陶艺名家的熏陶。其作品具有传神、雄健、豪放、古朴、厚重的特点。陶塑功力深厚，技艺高超，并善于博取众长，融会贯通，特别注重人物筋骨、肌肉、衣纹的塑造，使作品工艺兼得，形神兼备，自成一格。多个作品曾分获全国的优胜奖、一等奖、珍品奖，或分别被中国工艺美术馆、中国历史博物馆等收藏。曾应邀到台湾和美国的著名大学讲学并传授传统陶艺。是享受国务院特殊津贴的有突出贡献的艺术家，先后被授予“中国工艺美术师”和“中国陶瓷美术大师”称号。
176. State-Level Inheritor: Liu Zemian
Item: Shiwan Ceramic Sculpture Craft
Liu Zemian, male, was born in a Ceramic Craft family in 1937. He was well cultivated by his family on the ceramic craft. His works are featured by vivid, vigorous, bold, simple, and heavy. His ceramic sculptures refect his deep-seated and exquisite skills. He is good at absorbing the quintessence from other’s crafts and integrating into his own. He has paid attention to shaping the bones, muscles and clothes texture of the characters, which made them integrated with form and spirit. Most of his craft works won the National Superior Awards, the 1st Prize and the Treasure Prize respectively. In addition, some of his works were collected by the China Arts ＆ Crafts Museum and the National Museum of Chinese History. He was invited to give lectures by the prestigious universities in Taiwan and the United States. Liu enjoys the Special Allowance for the Artist with Outstanding Contributions granted by the State Council. He has been conferred such titles as “China craft artist” and “China Ceramic Art Master”.

黄松坚，男，1941年生。有从事陶塑设计制作50年的丰富经验，尤其在贴塑技艺上取得了重大成就。早年就曾临摹晚清石湾瓦脊公仔，着意研习其贴塑手法，成功创作了《吹笛仙女》、《春夏秋冬》、《吹箫引凤》、《妈祖》等一系列贴塑作品，开创了当今石湾陶艺一大流派，赢得了“神工妙塑”的美名，并被誉为“石湾贴塑陶艺的拓新者”。曾应邀到港澳台地区及新加坡、美国讲学和交流。是享受国务院特殊津贴的有突出贡献的艺术家，先后被授予“中国工艺美术大师”和“中国陶瓷艺术大师”称号。
177. Province-Level Inheritor: Huang Songjian
Item: Shiwan Pottery Sculpture Craft
Huang Songjian, male, was born in 1941. He has been devoting himself to ceramic sculpture design for nearly 50 years. He has achieved tremendous accomplishments in pasting models. In his early years, Huang once copied the Shiwan Tile Ridge Dolls of the late Qing Dynasty. He focused on studying the laminating methods, and successfully created a series of laminating works like Fairy Flute Player, Four Seasons, Attracting Phoenix by Blowing Bamboo Flute, Mazu and so on. He initiated a major genre of Shiwan Ceramic Craft. Therefore, he is widely acclaimed as “the wonder of Ceramic Sculpture”. Moreover, he has been known as the “Innovator of Developing Shiwan Ceramic Craft of Pasting Models”. Huang has been invited to give lectures in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Singapore and the United States. Because of his outstanding contributions, he is granted the State Council Special Allowance. Furthermore, Huang has been honored with such titles as “China Arts and Crafts Master” and “China Ceramic Art Master”.

廖洪标，男，1937年生。石湾陶艺世家出身，深得家传，19岁即开始从事陶塑的创作设计，后又师承陶艺大师刘传，有50多年的丰富经验，造诣深厚，技艺高超。其创作特别注重以肌肉、筋络强化人物性格，所塑人物几可乱真，且粗犷朴拙，豪放写意，独具一格，还掌握了陶塑制作流程中有关泥、釉、火的整套技术。许多作品获国家级金奖、一等奖等奖项，或被国际级、省级及港、澳博物馆收藏，先后被授予“中国工艺美术大师”和“中国陶瓷艺术大师”称号。
178. Province-Level Inheritor: Liao Hongbiao
Item: Shiwan Pottery Sculpture Craft
Liao Hongbiao, male, was born in a Pottery Craft family in 1937. He was well cultivated by his family. He began the pottery sculpture design at 19. Later on, he started to learn the craft from Liu Chuan, master of pottery craft. With 50 years’ experience, Liao has attained great achievements in pottery sculpture design. He is skilled in shaping the bones, muscles of the characters which are featured by genuine, rustic, simple and unadorned style, making them exclusive and integrated with form and spirit. In addition, he has mastered a set of the processes of clay, glaze and f re. Many of his works won national gold medals and various frst prizes. Some of his works were collected by international or provincial museums as well as museums in Hong Kong and Macao. Liao has been honored with such titles as “China Arts and Crafts Master” and of “China Ceramic Art Master”.

项目名称：端砚制作技艺
程文，男，1950年生。肇庆市端砚协会副会长，中国端砚鉴定专家，高级工艺美术师。出身于制砚世家，自幼即随父亲及叔父学习制砚技艺，有从事端砚制作近50年的丰富经验，技艺高超，工艺精湛，制砚风格独特，作品粗犷豪放而又极具意蕴，把牙雕的镂空雕技法运用到砚雕中，使立体感更强。代表作《雁沐清池砚》、《子孙满堂砚》、《九龙卸天砚》、《大海藏宝砚》等曾获国家级金奖或特别金奖。重视传承工作，多次开班授徒，弟子有数百人之多，且卓有成效者众，不少已成为制砚名师。
179. State-Level Inheritor: Cheng Wen
Item: Duan Inkstone Making Craft
Cheng Wen, male, was born in 1950. He’s now vice president of Zhaoqing Inkstone Association, the China inkstone specialist, and the senior craft artist. Born in an Inkstone Craft family, he started to learn the skills from his farther and his uncle at his early age. With 50 years’ experience, he has attained grand achievements in ceramic sculpture design. Made by the exquisite skills, his works are in unique style and exquisite workmanship. His works are featured by the implicated and unadorned style. He applies the hollow carving skill which is used in ivory carvings into the ink stone carving, enhancing the 3D effect. His masterpieces like “Geese-Bathing-in-the-Clean-Pool Inkstone”, “House-Full-Of-Sons-and Blessings Inkstone”, “Nine-Dragons-Worshipping Inkstone”, “Hidden-Treasures-in-the-Sea Inkstone” won the national gold medal and the special gold medal. He is rather concerned about the heritage work, offering relevant curriculums and teaching several hundred apprentices. Many of his apprentices have become the artists in Duan inkstone craft.
180.省级传承人：张瑞亨
项目名称：白沙茅龙笔制作技艺
张瑞亨，男，1962年生。江门市工艺美术行业协会副会长，市民间文艺家协会副主席，新会冈州画院院长兼茅龙轩工艺美术部经理。在书画、篆刻、瓷绘、木雕、石雕等方面均有较高造诣，从事茅龙笔研制近20年，所制白沙茅龙笔曾获广东省首届民间工艺精品展优秀奖，创制的茅龙国画笔曾受到我国书画名家关山月、刘海粟、朱纪瞻、沈鹏等的高度赞扬，其茅龙笔还被广东省博物馆和法国留尼旺国家图书展览馆收藏。主编有白沙茅龙笔字帖，设立了“茅龙轩”制笔文化博览馆，培养了一批制笔人才，为传承白沙茅龙笔制作技艺作出了重要贡献。
180. Province-Level Inheritor: Zhang Ruiheng
Item: Baisha Maolong Brush Making Technique
Zhang Ruiheng, male, was born in 1962. He serves as vice president of Arts and Crafts Industry Association of City of Jiangmen, vice chairman of the Folk Literature and Art Association of City of Jiangmen. Meanwhile, he is dean of the Xinhui Gangzhou Arts College and the manager of Maolongxuan Arts and Crafts department of the college. Zhang has attained great achievements in the painting, sculpture, porcelain painting, wood carving, stone carving. For nearly 20 years, he has embarked on the development of Maolong brush, which won the Excellence Award in the First Guangdong Province Folk Arts and Crafts Boutique Exhibition. His work, Maolong brush, was collected by the Guangdong Province Museum and the French Reunion National Book Exhibition. His works of Chinese painting brush was praised by famous Chinese painters like Guan Shanyue, Liu Haisu, Zhu Jizhan and Shen Peng. He edited the Baisha Maolong Brush Copybook and set up “Mao Long Xuan” Brush Culture Expo to train many brush makers for the impartment of Baisha Maolong Brush making.

张熀元，男，1936年生。9岁即开始学习古法造纸，有60多年的丰富造纸经验，精通古法造纸的每一道工序及操作技巧。多年来在当地积极传授古法造纸技艺，帮助附近村民60多人办起了家庭造纸作坊。除经营自办造纸工场外，目前还积极参与“古法造纸展览馆”的筹建，促进古法造纸技艺的不断传承。
181. Province-Level Inheritor: Zhang Huangyuan
Item: Traditional Papermaking Technique
Zhang Huangyuan, male, was born in 1936. He has been engaging in the traditional technique of paper making for over 60 years since he began to learn the skills. With rich experience in the skills, Zhang is prof cient in every working procedure of the traditional method and operational skills of paper making. For years, he has been actively teaching the skills and has helped about 60 local villagers to set up the family paper-making workshops. Besides, Zhang is still active in the preparation of the “Traditional Paper Making Pavilion”, promoting the development of the skills.

项目名称：广式硬木家具制作技艺
杨虾，男，1938年生。高级工艺美术师职称，在广州木雕厂负责广式硬木家具的设计和技改工作长达45年，熟悉创作工艺，技术全面，曾结合人体工程学，把原来正襟危坐的高座式硬木座椅改造成矮坐弯背式，广受欢迎。并为硬木家具的制作编写了一套有关生产工序、等级技术标准和等级环节质量标准的工艺管理标准手册，为广式硬木家具的创作规范和技艺传承作出了重要贡献。
182. State-Level Inheritor: Yang Xia
Item: Cantonese Hardwood Furniture Making Technique
Yang Xia, male, was born in 1938. He is the senior industrial artist. He has worked in Guangzhou Woodcarving Factory for 45 years. He is responsible for the design and technical innovation of Canton-style hardwood furniture. He is adept in creative process and overall technology. Combining the ergonomics, he once converted hardwood seats of high seat style into low seat with curved back style, which enjoyed great popularity. Besides, he compiled the criterion manual on processing, technical standards, grade levels and quality. He has made prominent contributions to the Cantonese-style hardwood furniture by standardizing the production norms.(https://www.daowen.com)
183.国家级传承人：梁珠
项目名称：香云纱染整技艺
梁珠，男，1935年生。16岁即掌握了香云纱制作的生产流程及全套染整技艺，是目前少有的精于香云纱工艺的晒莨老师傅。一直致力于发展香云纱产业，不仅坚持使用传统的坯绸、坯纱，采用传统的染整技艺，还积极尝试用印花丝绸和棉麻制品等现代面料做坯料，用水洗、磨砂等现代工艺进行香云纱制作的后期处理，使传统的香云纱染整技艺既得到传承，又有新的发展。
183. State-Level Inheritor: Liang Zhu
Item: Watered Gauze Dye ＆ Finish Technique
Liang Zhu, male, was born in 1935. He grasped the comprehensive processing, dyeing and finishing techniques at the age of 16. He is one of the rare masters proficient in the process of drying Scopalia japonica maxin in producing skills. He has been committed to the development of silk industry. He persists in using traditional gray silk fabric, yarn blanks with traditional dyeing techniques. Meanwhile, with modern technologies like bathing and scrubbing, he is actively trying to take modern fabrics as billets,such as printed silk, cotton, linen products in the post-processing. What he has done has greatly promoted the impartment and the development of Watered Gauze.

黄田胜，男，1958年生。积累了从事香云纱创作20余年的丰富经验，掌握香云纱的生产流程及相关技艺，是顺德唯一制作香云纱的工厂——成艺晒莨厂的主要技术负责人。

Item: Watered Gauze Dye ＆ Finish Technique
Huang Tiansheng, male, was born in 1958. He has been engaged in the invention of Watered Gauze for more than 20 years. He has grasped the silk production process and related skills. Huang now is the person in charge of production technique in Cheng Yi drying plants Scopalia japonica maxin Factory which is the only factory manufacturing Watered Gauze in Shunde District, City of Foshan.

项目名称：阳江漆艺
陈其积，男，1938年生。工艺美术师，有从事漆艺40多年的丰富经验，擅长贴、嵌、镶、罩染、雕填、莳绘、磨显等多种技艺，曾参与人民大会堂广东厅大型漆画《葵乡》的制作，代表作漆画《银龙鱼》获广东省首届漆画展银奖、首届全国漆画展优秀奖，并被选送赴德国展览。热心漆艺的传承工作，培训了多名学生，创立了“漆墨苑”工作室，积极推广漆画技艺。
185. Province-Level Inheritor: Chen Qiji
Item: Yangjiang Lacquer Art
Chen Qiji, male, was born in 1938. He is an industrial artist. With 40 years’ experience in lacquer art, Chen is good at various skills of paste, inlay, cover stained, carved, fill in, Maki, grinding. He once took part in the large-scale painting “Kwai Heung” for the Guangdong Province Offce in the Great Hall of the People. His masterpiece painting “Silver Dragon Fish” won the Silver Award in the 1st Lacquer Painting of Guangdong Province, and the Excellence Award in the 1st National Lacquer Painting Exhibition, and was selected to the exhibition in Germany. Chen is enthusiastic about the impartment of lacquer work to train students. He has set up the “Lacquer Painting Garden” Studio so as to promote the lacquer painting skills.
186.省级传承人：范俊
项目名称：阳江漆艺
范俊，男，1938年生。有从事漆艺40多年的丰富经验，髹漆技艺尤为精湛，设计制作了大量的漆艺产品，曾参与策划、设计制作广州花园酒店大型漆画《百骏图》、《百美图》，代表作《竹型凤纹盒》获省级一等奖，《八角祝寿盒》获省级工艺优秀奖，还有漆画《游龙出海》等多件作品入选全国的工艺展、漆画展及美术展。如今虽年逾古稀，仍积极传子授徒，使阳江漆艺得以承传。
186. Province-Level Inheritor: Fan Jun
Item: Yangjiang Lacquer Art
Fan Jun, male, was born in 1938. He has been engaging in lacquer painting for more than 40 years. Fan designed a large number of lacquer ware products with especially exquisite XIU painting skills. Moreover, he was involved in the planning and design of the large paintings in Guangzhou Garden Hotel, such as “Galloping Horses”, “A Hundred Beauties”. His representative works won many awards. His work “Bamboo-type Phoenix Box” won the 1st prize in Guangdong Province, his “Octagonal Birthday Box” won the Provincial Technology Award, and his lacquer paintings like “Dragon Thrusting Out of the Sea” were selected to the national craft show, the art exhibition, and the f ne art painting expo. Although he is over 70 years old, Fan is keen on teaching apprentices, making unremitting contributions to the heritage of Yangjing Lacquer Art.
187.省级传承人：梁汝兴
项目名称：阳江风筝
梁汝兴，男，1943年生。出身风筝制作世家，自小即随父学习风筝制作，有几十年的风筝制作经验，擅长制作龙类、板子类和硬翅类等南派风筝，造型多样，技艺精湛。代表作《双桃》曾获在美国举办的亚太地区风筝大赛金奖，后被明尼苏达州明尼阿卑利斯博物馆收藏，有的作品在第十五届国际风筝大赛中获“不可思议风筝”大奖，也有被马来西亚风筝博物馆收藏。对风筝制作技艺的传承十分积极，除了在家族内传承，还在社会上开设风筝制作讲座，使阳江风筝的制作技艺得以后继有人。
187. Province-Level Inheritor: Liang Ruxing
Item: Yangjiang Kite Craft
Liang Ruxing, male, was born in a kite-making family in 1943. He learned making kites in his childhood. With rich experience of a few decades, he specializes in production of south faction kite with diversified models and exquisite techniques. His masterpiece“Double Peaches” won the Gold Award in the Asia-Pacif c Region Kite Competition which was held in the United States. And later on, the same workpiece was collected by the Peel Aires Museum in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Some of his other works were collected by Malaysia Kites Museum. By offering kite-making lectures, Liang has been making positive efforts on the development of the kite-making skills.
188.省级传承人：阮嘉培
项目名称：阳江风筝
阮嘉培，男，1929年生。阳江市风筝协会副会长，7岁即随祖父、父亲学习扎制风筝，从事风筝制作70余年。擅长制作龙类风筝和宫灯风筝，所制宫灯风筝曾3次获全国冠军，长达200米的《七彩巨龙》风筝在香港举行的风筝比赛中获国际金奖，其创制的特技风筝“吹蛾”更驰名全国，可在空中燃放鞭炮、飞撒彩带，堪称绝活。如今虽年届八旬，除了继续制作风筝，还悉心培养传承人，三子一女都已成为制作好手，对上门求教者也毫无保留地给予传授。
188. Province-Level Inheritor: Ruan Jiapei
Item: Yangjiang Kite Craft
Ruan Jiapei, male, was born in 1929. He serves as vice president of the City of Yangjiang Kite Association. He has been engaging in kite-making for 70 years. He learned the skills from his grandfather and father at 7. He specializes in making the dragon type kites and the palace lamp lanterns kites made by him won the national champion for three times. The work “Huge Colorful Dragon Kites”, which was up to 200 meters long, won the International Gold Medal in the Kite Competition held in Hong Kong. His stunt kite Blown Moths, which was deemed to be an integration of unique skills throughout China, can set off frecrackers and scatter fying ribbons in the air. Though nearly 80, Ruan spares no efforts to cultivate inheritors. His three sons and one daughter have become masters on kite-making.

冯怀女，男，1931年生。参与龙舟制作50多年，独立掌握尺寸制作龙舟20余年，已制作龙舟300多条，有传统大头龙舟、标准龙舟、小龙艇和凤艇（女性用的标准龙舟）等不同规格和种类，且造型讲究，技艺精湛。现已将技艺传给儿子和女婿，使中堂龙舟制作后继有人。

Feng Huainü, male, was born in 1931. He has been engaging in dragon boat production for more than 50 years. He has been making the dragon boats independently for nearly 20 years. Altogether, he has made over 300 dragon boats, including different specif cations like traditional bulky Dragon Boats, standard dragon boats, dragons and phoenix boats (designed for female’s use). All of his works are made in exquisite skills. Feng has passed the craft down to the son and son-in-law, training inheritors in the dragon boat craft.

Huo Zhuoxing, male, was born in 1961. He has been engaging in making dragon boats for 19 years. He started to learn the skills under the tutelage of veterans at 18 years old. He has made more than 300 dragon boats, including bulk Dragon Boat, standard dragon boat, and little dragon boats.He has taught about 10 young learners the skills, ensuring the skills are passed down to the next generation.

梁球胜，男，1965年生。自幼即随父学习月饼制作技艺，熟练掌握广式月饼的选料、规格、品种要求、制作规范和工序流程，尤其率先发展了低糖月饼、低脂月饼及水果月饼、海鲜月饼等新的制作工艺。10余年来广收门徒，已培养了一大批月饼制作师，使广式月饼制作技艺得以不断传承。

Liang Qiusheng, male, was born in 1965. He learned the moon cake production skills from his father since his childhood. He is proficient in the materials selection, specif cations, species requirements, production specif cations and processes of Cantonesestyle moon cakes. In particular, Liang frst developed the skills of making low-sugar cake, low-fat cakes, fruit cakes, seafood cakes. For more than 10 years, he has trained a large number of moon cake production makers, passing down the skills of making Cantonesestyle moon cakes.

施少斌，男，1968年生。著名的王老吉凉茶的新一代传人，全面掌握王老吉凉茶的秘方、专用术语、秘方配伍及秘方所使用的原料的种植、选取和储存，多年来致力于凉茶行业的发展和推广，成效卓著，并对王老吉凉茶的传统煲制方式进行改良，采用新技术进行规模生产，开启了老品牌的现代化进程。曾受聘为广东药学院客座教授，并创办王老吉商学院以培训员工，使凉茶配制技艺得以传承。

Shi Shaobin, male, was born in 1968. He is the new successor of the wellknown Chinese Herbal Tea Wong Lo Kat, He completely mastered not only the recipe, terminology, but also the method of cultivating, selecting and preserving of the raw materials of the recipe and its compatibility. He dedicated to developing and promoting the Chinese Herbal Tea industry for years, achieving remarkable results. Furthermore, Shi improved the Wong Lo Kat’s traditional way of burning Chinese Herbal Tea, introducing new technologies for mass production, initiating the modernization process of the old brand. Shi was invited to be a visiting professor for Guangdong Province College of Pharmacy. He founded Wong Lo Kat Business School to train employees, ensuring the development of preparation skills of Chinese Herbal Tea.

Wang Yonghui, male, was born in a family in which the Shangqingyin Chinese Herbal Tea recipe was inherited. Wang completely mastered the terminology and preparation methods of Chinese Herbal Tea. Meanwhile, he improved traditional production process with extraction technology by using ultra freezing, which greatly enhanced the effectiveness of Chinese Herbal Tea. Now, Wang is actively preparing to build an Chinese Herbal Tea museum, contributing to the succession and development of Chinese Herbal Tea.
