卢其福，男，1967年生。广州中医药大学中药专业毕业，加入广州潘高寿药厂已20年。曾向区欲想、刘献福等老一辈药师学习，全面掌握了潘高寿川贝枇杷露止咳药系列的生产工艺和质量要求，并参与药品生产质量管理规范改造工作，使制药工艺既适应现代批量生产工艺，又保持传统制备技艺特点，还为潘高寿传统制药技艺的传承和发展培养了众多人才。
194. Province-Level Inheritor: Lu Qifu
Item: Pan Gaoshou Traditional Chinese Medicine
Lu Qifook, male, was born in 1967. Graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, Lu has been working for Guangzhou Pan Gaoshou Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. for 20 years.
Under the instruction of experienced pharmacists Ou Yuxiang and Liu Xianfook, Lu has fully mastered the technique and quality requirements of producing fritillary and loquat cough mixture collections. He has undertaken tasks in the reform on quality management of medicine production, which enables the upgraded producing technique to be adapted to the modern large-scale quality producing requirements and to be confrmed to the traditional producing features as well. Meanwhile, Lu has spared no efforts to train numerous talents for the development of Pan Gaoshou traditional medicine technique.

区欲想，男，1933年生。进入潘高寿药厂至今已近60年，全面掌握了名牌药品川贝枇杷露等中成药的传统制备技术，参与潘高寿传统中药品种标准和工艺规程的制定，规范了药品的生产和质量管理，还参与各项技术改造，促进了传统品种的发展。如今虽已退休，仍热心传承工作，经常向年轻技工传授生产古方正药方面的知识和技艺，以保持潘高寿传统中药的文化特色。(https://www.daowen.com)
195. State-Level Inheritor: Ou Yuxiang
Item: Pan Gaoshou Traditional Chinese Medicine
Ou Yuxiang, male, was born in 1933. Having been working for Guangzhou Pan Gaoshou Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. for nearly 60 years, Ou has fully mastered the traditional technique of producing Chinese patent drugs like fritillary and loquat cough mixture. He joined in the formulation of standardizing the Pan Gaoshou traditional Chinese medicine varieties and producing technique regulations. Meanwhile, Ou actively attended many technique reforms, promoting the diversif cation of traditional Chinese medicines. After his retirement, Ou passed on the expertise and technique on ancient prescriptions to the young technicians, in the hope of maintaining the cultural features of Pan Gaoshou traditional Chinese medicines.

项目名称：平乐郭氏正骨法
陈汴生，男，1953年生。从事骨科医疗30年，师承平乐郭氏正骨疗法第五代传人郭春园，在深圳平乐骨伤科医院组建了“疼痛康复科”，用“平乐郭氏正骨推按法”治疗颈肩腰腿痛疾患，疗效良好，被深圳市列为第一批中医特色“腰腿痛”专科，其“平乐郭氏合力推按法治疗腰椎间盘突出症”被列为广东省科研重点项目，并担任项目负责人，发表了多篇有关“平乐郭氏推按法”的医学论文。重视传承工作，已有30余人在其传授下掌握了“平乐郭氏推按法”。
196. Province-Level Inheritor: Chan Bian Sung
Item: Pingle Kwok Bonesetting Medical Therapy
Chan Bian Sung, male, was born in 1953. Chan is the disciple of Kwok Chun Yuen who is the fifth-generation successor of Pingle Kwok Bonesetting Medical Therapy. Chan has specialized in bone medical for 30 years, and set up a rehabilitation division in Shenzhen Pingle Orthopeadic Hospital, which is listed as one of the first-rank lumbago divisions with traditional Chinese medicalcare features, and in which Chan has effectively cured patients for cervical spondylosis and lumbago.
Chan has been in charge of the research on the Pingle Kwok Pushing and Pressing Combined Therapy, which is listed as the research project of provincial priority in Guangdong Province. Meanwhile, Chan has published a number of articles on the Pingle Kwok Pushing and Pressing Therapy, paying great attention on the succession of this skill. Under his instruction, nearly 30 disciples have mastered this skill.
