5.1 To engage in Internet audio-visual program services, the Permit for Spreading Audio-Visual Programs via Information Network issued by the administrative department of radio and television shall be obtained,or the record-filing formalities shall be handled.See details in Section Ⅱof this chapter.
5.2 An Internet audio-visual program service entity shall provide Internet audio-visual program service in accordance with the issues indicated in the Permit for Spreading Audio-Visual Programs via Information Network or filed for archival purpose, and show the broadcasting sign approved by the competent department of radio and television under the State Council, the name of the program, the Permit for Spreading Audio-Visual Programs via Information Network or archive-filing number at an eye-catching place of the broadcasting interface.
5.3 No entity may provide financial and technical service related to Internet audio-visual program service like collecting fees on a commission basis, signal transmission or server custody for entities without the Permit for Spreading Audio-Visual Programs via Information Network or having not been record-filed.(https://www.daowen.com)
5.4 Broadcasted audio-visual programs shall be kept intact for 60 days.
5.5 Internet audio-visual programs service entities may not allow individuals to upload audio-visual news programs about current events and political affairs, and, when providing audio-visual program uploading and broadcasting service like podcast or video sharing, warn uploaders not to upload audio-visual programs which are against these provisions.No entity or individual may re-broadcast, link up, aggregate or integrate programs from illegal radio or television channels or audio-visual programs websites.
