According to the Chinese Music Industry Development Report 2019 released on November 8, 2019, among the specific segments of the Chinese music industry in 2018, the size of the “digital music industry” has reached RMB 61.242 billion yuan, and the number of digital music users has exceeded 550 million.The total revenue of music TV and online variety shows has exceeded RMB 6.65 billion yuan.At the same time,under the “music + industry” model, the total output value of the films,television dramas, games and animation music industries has reached RMB 708 million yuan.What is even more encouraging is that the “music copyright brokerage and management” has the largest increase among the specific segments, which indicates that there is a continuous improvement of the copyright protection environment for the development of China’s music industry, and the music copyright system has become increasingly mature.
