Chapter 7　Conclusion

This study focuses on the analysis of CMs of EAPs,aiming to investigate the features of CMs in construing the authorial stance in the EAPs of different disciplines and at the same time written by AEs and ANEs respectively.In the general framework of SFL,this dissertation is conducted by combining both theoretical and empirical analyses.This concluding chapter will firstly summarize the general findings of the current research,and then investigate the theoretical and practical significance;and finally it will discuss the limitations and further suggestions for future research.
