Giant Network Corporate Headquarters
巨人网络总部办公楼位于中凯路，由业内享有盛名的墨菲西斯事务所（Morphosis Architects）设计，于2010年6月建成并投入使用，是一个建筑和环境有机融合的经典案例。
设计师追求“建筑从地上长出来，与天空融为一体”和谐自然的设计理念，整幢建筑东西向布局在一大型人工湖上，犹如一条卧龙横卧于水上。这是一个多功能的建筑综合体，设计师将研发总部所需的办公、阅览视听、休闲健身、会议接待等功能结合在三层的建筑体内。建筑东翼主要为办公区，布局开放式办公空间、私密办公室、总裁套房等；东翼在末端形成二十余米高的建筑悬挑探入湖面上方，如巨龙的头部探出水面，其透明的玻璃地面与墙体让人感觉犹如360°地融入环境之中。建筑西翼分布了健身中心、羽毛球场、游泳馆、活动室等场所供员工使用。建筑东西部分通过连廊与屋顶花园联系，屋顶花园向下的台阶将人流与活动引到人工湖畔。
屋顶绿化是设计师汤姆·梅恩的重要手笔，该建筑拥有约1.5万平方米的屋顶绿化。大楼屋顶绿化带栽种着月见草、棉毛水苏、阔叶麦冬等多种植物，一年四季鲜花不断。每年四五月份，屋顶鲜花盛开，办公区完全沉浸在花海之中，体现了人与自然和谐的理念，同时也起到了建筑节能的作用。美丽的花园屋顶，吸引了众多建筑专业人员来此参观，也成为《致青春》等电影的拍摄取景地。
办公楼周边区域布局了“人工湖生态系统”，通过五座桥梁连接区域外部，湖水通过深井取水后进入湿地，通过湿地生态过滤后再流入湖中。湖中种植了大量水生植物，养殖了鱼虾，力求达到生态系统的自我循环。
园内绿化、水体与建筑浑然一体，从空中往下看，宛如一个浮于水上的造型奇特的绿色花园。建筑与周边地景的融合、造型与空间，功能与结构、生态节能的设计均使之成为独特的企业总部建筑。
Designed by renowned Morphosis Architects, the phase one office building of the Giant Network Inc. was finished in June 2010 on Zhongkai Road and serves as a classic example of the organic integration of architecture and environment.
The designer pursues nature and harmony in his design and follows the design concept that the building should be well integrated into the earth and sky. To this end, the entire structure is arranged on a large artificial lake, like a Chinese dragon lying on the water. This is a multi-functional building complex, combining offices, audio-visual reading rooms, a gym, conference rooms, and reception spaces together in a three-story building. The east wing of the building is mainly an office area, with open office spaces, private offices, presidential suites, etc. and reaches out a cantilever with a height of more than 20 meters, hanging over the lake. Its transparent glass floor and walls bring inhabitants fully into the environment. The west wing of the building houses a fitness center, badminton courts, a swimming pool, activity rooms and other places for employees. The two parts are connected to the roof garden through the corridor, and the downward steps of the roof garden leading to the artificial lake.
The roof greening spreads out over 15,000 square meters and is an important work by the designer Thom Mayne. Planted with evening primrose, lamb's ear, lilyturf, and a variety of plants, the roof offers spring all the year round. Every April and May, the office area will be completely immersed in a sea of flowers, showing a harmonious relationship between humans and nature, as well as the efforts made toward energy saving and overall sustainability. The beautiful garden roof has attracted many architectural professionals and has become an ideal shooting spot for movies such as So Young.
An Artificial Lake Ecosystem surrounds the office building where water circulates in the well—wetland—lake circle as five bridges are used to connect the outer world. In the lake, there are a large number of aquatic plants, fish, and crustaceans to achieve a self-contained ecosystem.
Viewed from the sky, the greenery, water and buildings integrate as a fantastic green garden floating on the water. The combination of architecture and landscape, the balance between shape and space, function and structure, and the ecological and energy-saving design make it a unique corporate headquarters.

Tips
Not open to the public, yet the overhanging corridor and the west wing can be viewed from Zhongkai Road.
