Wait for the Train
Find out the correct driving direction of the train by looking at the guidance sign on the platform.
Do not cross the safety line on the platform.
Time of arrival of the next train will be shown on the electronic display screen on the platform.
Passengers could take a rest in the lounge on the platform.
Please get on the train after other passengers get off the train.Do not get on the train unless the train has stopped properly at the station and the shielded gate（emergency exit）and the gate of the train have been opened completely.
Please pay attention to the gap between the metro train and the platform when you get on the train.Don't step into the gap and tumble on the floor.
Please give priority to the elderly，the infirm，sick，disabled people，pregnant women and passengers holding babies to get on the train first，and offer seats to them.
The caution lights above the train gates will light up before the train leaves the station.The buzzer will also sound regularly（for 6—7 times in general）to remind passengers that the doors will be closed.Passengers are not allowed to get on the train at this moment.Please stand behind the safety line.
The trains will arrive at the stations with different intervals at different times.If the train leaves the station on time，the following trains will also arrive at the station on time，and all metro lines will be under normal operation.If the train gets crowded at rush hour and passengers can not get on the train，don't hold the train doors with your hands.You should cooperate with our staffs and let the train leave the station on time.
You will be informed of the name of the next station via the station announcement or on the screens in the train.Please get ready to get off the train.Please do not leave your luggage and personal belongings in the train.The time for trains to stop at the station depends on the passenger flow.In general，the train will stop at the station for 30—40 seconds.Please get ready to get off the train.Otherwise，if the train is crowded and many passengers get on the train at the same time，you'll be difficult to get off the train.
Tips：If you drop out your personal belongings into the tunnel，don't jump off the station and pick your belongings up in the tunnel.Please contact our staffs for help.
Do not panic if your companions，such as family members and friends didn't get on the same train with you.You could ask our staffs for help or wait for your companions at the next station.

候 车
按站台层的站内导向标志找到正确的列车驶往方向。
候车时不得越过站台上的安全线。
站台设有电子显示屏，会预报下一列车的到达时间。
站厅设有站台休息亭，乘客可稍作休息。
待列车完全停稳妥、屏蔽门（安全门）和车门完全开启后，车内乘客先下车，候车乘客后上车。
上车时，请注意列车和站台之间的间隙，防止踏空、绊倒。
照顾老、弱、病、残、孕妇及怀抱婴儿的乘客优先上车，车内乘客应当主动让座。
列车发车前，车门上方的警示灯会闪亮，同时关门蜂鸣器也会有规律的鸣叫（一般为6—7次），以提醒乘客车门即将关闭。此时不允许乘客上车，且尚未上车的乘客请退到安全线内。
目前各列车、各时段列车间隔不等，停站列车发车越快，后续列车才能准时进站，全线列车运营才能正常。因此，当列车在高峰时段拥挤，乘客挤不上列车时，千万不要把住车门。乘客应当协助车站工作人员，让列车准时发车。
列车在行驶途中，列车广播或车厢电子显示屏会告知乘客下一个车站的名称，乘客应及早做好下车准备。下车时请注意您随身携带的行李物品，不要遗忘。列车在站内的停留时间，根据客流状况而有所不同，一般约为30—40秒。因此，下车的乘客应及早准备。否则如果车厢非常拥挤，且有许多乘客上车的同时，您就难以下车了。
