Dialogue 1
A：Excuse me，can you help me?
B：Yes，what seems to be the problem?
A：Well，I was wondering if anyone has turned in a passport.
B：I'm afraid not.Have you lost your passport?
A：I think so.I can't find it anywhere in my bag and hotel room，and I remember the last place I used it yesterday was in this station.
B：You can fill in this lost property report，and I'll pay my attention to it.And I suggest you contact your embassy and tell them about your situation，so they can issue you a new passport in case it doesn't show up.
A：You are right.Do you have a pen?
B：Here you are.
A：Thank you.

B：好的，什么事？

A：OK，could you please tell me what your briefcase looks like?
B：Of course，it's a soft leather one，you know，not a sports one that looks childish.
A：Mmm...does it zip closed?
B：No，it's straps closed，and it has a buckle in the front.
A：And what color is it?
B：It's brown one.
A：What's inside your backpack?
B：Well，a pair of shoes and some dresses.
A：OK，sir.I'm sure it's your bag.Thank you for your cooperation.You can have it now.
B：Thank you very much.You guys are really responsible.
