5.1 THELAYOUT OF MEETING MINUTES
The layout or template for minutes varies considerably due to the different degrees of formality of the meetings.Furthermore,different companies or organizations may design the layout,if there is any,in different manners.But minutes do need headings so readers can skim for the information they need.The layout or the template should mainly include the following:
●Chair:the name of the person or the group presiding over the meeting;
●Date and Time:the date on which the meeting held and the beginning and ending time of the meeting;
●Participants:the people who attend the meeting;
