推荐方案(以一次锻炼为例)
(1)中低强度的有氧训练30~50分钟,加上主要肌群的抗阻训练10~15次/组,2~3组。或
(2)高强度间歇训练20~30分钟,配合平衡或拉伸训练10分钟。
