2.2 The Writing of a Company Profile
A company profile may roughly be divided into four parts;however,to a big company, the abundant detailed information has to be proceeded with extras. The first part usually includes:the year the company was established, the company's location and the products or services the company offers.
The second part will focus on:the product range or services offered, machinery and technology used, production experience, number of staff and significant achievements that would be meaningful to buyers.
The third part will concentrate on:international quality certifications(such as ISO)which allow for an increased level of trust and mentioning them in the company introduction can only benefit the company.Additionally, adding the monthly output volume, countries or regions serviced and any major clients companies have will also build credibility with buyers.
The final part will state:the corporate values, culture and invite buyers to contact them.
