五、结论

课程改革的当权阶层总是根据利益最大化的标准来进行文化选择的,因此,他们依据对社会资本、文化资本和官僚机构的控制权,实现资本的再生产,保证了本阶层的利益。社会民主与公平的原则要求课程改革的文化选择采用公平原则,一方面照顾到所有阶层与种族(民族)的利益,另一方面要实现所有人的相互理解与共同利益,包括多元文化课程也只是照顾到文化的多样性,实现各阶层、各种族和性别之间的相互理解与信任。追求社会效率是课程改革文化选择的又一重要原则,社会效率不能片面化,更不能狭隘化(指以某一集团利益代替社会效率或仅追求经济效率),而必须系统而完整地考虑社会的效率。
