【项目主题】30国学生文化交流项目
【生源对象】来自30个国家的60名大学生和来自全国各地的600名中小学生
【项目内容】中外学生一起开展各国文化主题课程和文化展示活动
【项目行程】我们在每年的暑期开展为期6周的活动，邀请来自世界各国的大学生和国内的中小学生一起举办目前国内最大型、参与国家数最多的学生团体间文化交流活动，为世界各国的大学生展示中国文化，同时为国内的孩子们展现丰富多彩的世界各国文化。

1）Jimei in my eyes——Adina
The programme was six weeks long and it provided a fantastic opportunity to experience China first hand.
（这个项目长达六周，是亲身体验中国的绝佳机会。）
In our first week at the Huaqiao University in Jimei,our days were structured in two parts: lectures in the morning and activities (and on a few occasions lectures,again)in the afternoon.The lectures aimed to introduce true Chinese culture.I’ve learned about traditional customs,the Minan dialect,Chinese film culture,as well as enjoyed some local music and singing.
（在华侨大学集美校区的第一周内，我们的日程分为两部分：上午的讲座和下午的活动（偶尔也是讲座），讲座旨在介绍真正的中国文化。我学到了传统习俗，闽南方言，中国的电影文化，以及欣赏了一些当地的音乐和歌曲。）
The following three weeks were focused on the actual English and culture teaching.
（接下来的三个星期主要是实际的英语和文化教学。）
The last two weeks were packed with culture and exploring the beautiful Jimei area.For me,the highlights were visiting the impressive UNESCO Heritage Site of the Fujian Toulou,learning how to perform a traditional dance,as well as having tea in a beautiful ceremony.We also visited the C&D company,which was a great insight into how the business world in China works.
（最后两周充满了浓郁的文化气息，我们游览了美丽的集美。对我而言，最兴奋的是观光作为联合国教科文组织遗产的福建土楼，学习表演一种民族舞蹈和在优美的礼仪中品茶。我们还参观了建发公司，深入了解到中国的商业世界是如何运作的。）
There is no doubt that Grace Wu and her team underwent a gargantuan amount of work to get over 1,000 people organised.The staff and their amazing ability to help and assist in the teaching have been nothing short of fantastic.
（毫无疑问， Grace Wu和她的团队在这项超过1000人的组织工作中做了大量的工作；工作人员在辅助教学方面的能力令人惊叹。）
The Chinese volunteers are an incredible asset to this programme.Without them,I doubt I would have enjoyed the programme as much.They have been helpful but most of all friendly.
（我们这个项目离不开中国志愿者的鼎力支持。没有他们，我就不会有这么多收获。他们乐于助人，最重要的是他们待人非常友善。）
The facilities of the University have been great.The University and its staff have been welcoming and kept us fit and safe,which is great peace of mind when you’re so far from home.
（这所大学的设施很棒，大学以及里面的工作人员不仅张开了欢迎的双臂，而且还保障着我们的健康和安全。对于远离家乡的人来说，这真的让人很安心。）

Regardless of all its shortcomings and crediting its amazing assets,the project is an absolute eye-opener.I’ve learned so much about China,its eclectic culture and its wonderful people.Since being back in the UK,I’ve been recommending the programme to anyone who has asked about my time away.
（暂不谈它的不足之处，说到优点，这个课程项目绝对可以大开眼界。我增加了很多对中国的了解，它兼容并蓄的文化，热情友善的人民。自从回到英国，凡是有人问及这段在国外的日子，我都向他们推荐这个项目。）
2）Jimei in my eyes——Vince
Personally I thought the culture exchange programme was really successful overall and throughout each week.Many memories were made with new friends whilst learning more about Chinese culture.It was a fantastic experience especially teaching the children which was the highlight for me.
（我个人认为，这个文化交流项目整体来说非常成功。一边了解中国文化，一边认识新朋友，这带给我很多美丽的回忆。真的是一次很棒的体验，特别是教孩子们学英语，给我的印象最深刻。）
Overall the programme was thoroughly enjoyable,entertaining,success and worth while.I would like to thank Grace Wu,the organization for giving me this unforgettable and phenomenal experience.Also I appreciate and acknowledge all the hard work they put in to make our experience the best they could and lastly thank you for everything!
（总体而言，这个项目自始至终都妙趣横生、这是一个很成功和值得体验的项目。感谢Grace Wu，感谢组织机构给了我这次奇特而难忘的体验机会。他们辛苦地工作，竭尽所能地向我们提供最好的体验机会，对此，我由衷地表示感谢，感谢你们为我们付出的一切。）
The first day reaching Xiamen,thanks to the Organising Committee ,checking into this new environment was not a problem at all.With their helps and guidance,everything was made easy for us.
（感谢组委会，第一天抵达厦门时，因为有了他们的帮助和指导，一切都变得那么容易，所以适应这个新环境一点都不成问题。）
The first activities we had was the introduction by Grace.It was a general introduction which informed us about the organization and the purpose behind this activity.
（第一项活动是Grace Wu的介绍，旨在让我们了解此次活动的组织和目的。）
In the afternoon,we had introduction on the traditional Mingnan music,Nanyin.The singing was really different from what I imagined and it was a great experience for me to listen to the real Mingnan music in person.
（下午，我们领略了传统闽南音乐——南音。这真的与我想象的太不一样了，能在现场聆听到真正的南音，真是绝美的体验。）
Starting from the next days,we had a series of lectures about Chinese culture.I feel bad for not being able to absorb everything I could due to the language barrier.Those lectures which were given in English was really good and I really enjoyed a lot.
（从第二天开始，一系列关于中国文化的讲座拉开了序幕。遗憾的是，由于语言障碍，我无法理解所有的内容。那些用英语作的讲座非常不错，让我收获很多。）
