6.2　Summary

This chapter has dealt with my use of the questionnaire method in practice.It has examined the advantages and disadvantages of the data collection instrument and its benefits and problems for my research aims.The chapter has also described how I used the questionnaire in my data collection and how I analysed the raw questionnaire data.In particular,it has examined the usage of the questionnaire from design,data,collection and analysis.The chapter has also briefly defined the terms 'analysis' and'quantitative data analysis' and the features of such analysis using SPSS.Finally,it has specifically described how I analysed my questionnaire data and pointed out that quantitative data analysis requires hard,complex and careful work.
