The Naxos island is an island in the Aegean Sea. It is rich in natural resources, and has a long history.It is the"Greenest City"in the group of islands.It is known as the"family resort".There are also many gathering places in it.

Early in 2000 BC, there were people being settled here. Oia is the most famous town here, with many artists often gathered. The exquisite dwellings of white walls and blue tops, as well as the works of artists, make the little town full of romantic art atmosphere.Although some houses have become mottled because of the age, there are many fine carvings on the residential doors, and some simple decorations.These reveal the deep breath of life.These carvings are very characteristic, with minimal duplication.Some are even engraved with the years of the construction.

Hora is another town on the Naxos island, located in the coastal hilly areas. Agios Georgios is located in the convenient location of the town quayside. It is the city beach of the Naxos island.The hotels and restaurants are very crowded at the end of the city.But in the south of the city, there is a glittery white sandy beach.The beach is very narrow, but long enough for the people to enjoy the quietness at the end of it.
