China's First Atomic Bomb

On October 16，1964，China successfully detonated its first atomic bomb at the Lop Nur（罗布泊）test site.However，this success was a__1___under extremely difficult conditions.

When the People's Republic of China was founded in 1949，the Soviet Union（苏联）agreed to help China d__2__its nuclear industry.However，in the late 1950s，the Soviet Union refused to provide relevant（相关的）information and recalled all of its scientists from China.
