Different Roles of Ding Ning

After w__1__two Olympic gold medals in Rio,Ding Ning,the 27-year-old table tennis player,took on more roles in 2017.

Ding became a delegate to the 19th NCCPC（中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会）in October，2017.Since her success in Rio，she kept a__2__herself the question：What else can I do for my country and people other than winning medals？She answered it in an i__3__during the congress，“Olympic champions should do their best to set a positive example for young people.”

As an athlete，Ding has to f__4__on her sport as well.She persisted in competing in the 2017 World Table Tennis Championships（世界乒乓球锦标赛），even t__5__she got hurt during training.She said that she really wanted to win the championship title for her country.

Ding is now captain of the Chinese women's table tennis team.Her words and actions have an important i__6__on younger players,and she has promised to be a role model for them.
