A Trip to Peking University

This summer holiday,my family and I went to Beijing for a vacation.We went to many p__1__of interest.My favorite one was Peking University.

Peking University is one of the best universities in China.We e__2__the school from the east gate.There are many t__3__buildings at the university.The Boya Pagoda（博雅塔）is a typical example of traditional Chinese architecture（建筑）.

We then walked to Weiming Lake.The lake is a p__4__spot at the university.The word“weiming”means“without being named”in Chinese.Many students like to walk around the lake.During the winter,the lake is f__5__.Students can walk or skate on the frozen lake.

As we walked around in the school,we saw some modern t__6__buildings,classrooms and dorms.There are also museums at the university.We really enjoyed the beautiful c__7__and rich history of Peking University.

I hope I can be admitted to Peking University when I grow up.
