Unending Rivalry，Unending Friendship

It was the 38th time for Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal to meet across the tennis net.Nadal had won 25 of their games.But this time，at the 2017 Shanghai Rolex Masters（上海劳力士大师赛），Federer was the one to h__1__up the trophy（奖杯）in the end.

Federer and Nadal have been c__2__against each other since 2004,and their rivalry is an important part of both men's careers.However,in the Laver Cup last month,Federer r__3__team Europe and partnered with Nadal in the doubles.This was the first time for Federer and Nadal to compete on the same side.

Although they are rivals in competitions,they are good f__4__in life.Federer enjoys his rivalry with Nadal very much.He said,“Nadal makes me a better player.I am happy that he has b__5__me many times,and that stimulates me.”

After a long b__6__in 2016，Federer made a strong comeback in 2017.He won his record-extending 18th and 19th grand slam titles（大满贯冠军头衔）at the Australian Open（澳大利亚网球公开赛）and the Wimbledon Championships（温布尔登网球锦标赛）this year.We are looking forward to seeing more of this exciting rivalry b__7__the two great tennis stars in the future.
