“Travel” has been both an ancient and modern topic.Since the world’s first travel agency was established by Tomas Cook in 1841，which symbolizes the founding of travel industry of the world，it has been considered as sunrise industry and has been pushed on and on continuously.Particularly in recent 30 years，more and more countries have regarded it as pillar industry，of which China’s travel industry raise quickly as a new force，booming into a developing tourist country in the world.The trend of the world travel uncovers the fact that the details of tour is becoming richer and richer，forms of travel go much more multiple and objective of travel is better creative and personalized.Various of travel namely for sightseeing，investigation，conference，pleasure，schooling and sports as well as honeymoon all are included and tourists do pick what they are fond of.Sightseeing is no more than the majority and favorite also the general travel purpose，so far the sightseeing tourists are the largest populations taken care of by travel agencies.In the following unit，some alternating conversation and communication between tourists and tourist workers and some working process of the latter will be kindly introduced.
