场景一：找车厢。

旅客：您好，我视力不好，您帮我看看。

列车员：哦，请拿好您的车票。您乘坐的是G31次列车，在站台对面。

旅客：列车员，您给看看这是几号座位？

列车员：我帮您看下。您是VIP车厢1号座位，您这边请，这是您的座位。

场景二：提醒上车。

旅客：打扰一下，请问几点开车？

列车员：9：00，请注意开车铃声。

列车员：您好，您是去北京吗？列车快开了，请您抓紧时间上车。

旅客：还有多长时间开车？

列车员：还有3分钟，您抓紧时间上车吧。

场景三：提醒旅客。

列车员：对不起，女士。请出示您的车票。

旅客：好的，给您。

列车员：谢谢。顺便问一下，这是您随身携带的行李吗？

旅客：啊，正是。

列车员：记得随身携带。
