1. Communist Party of China Building Work

2003年11月，为加强律师行业的党建工作，经天津市委组织部批准，中共天津市司法局委员会律师协会工作委员会正式成立。律师协会党工委的成立，标志着天津律师行业管理在加强党的领导、紧密党的联系等方面进入了一个新的阶段。

In November 2003, with the approval of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Working Committee of the Lawyers Association of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Justice Committee of the Communist Party of China was established in order to strengthen the party building work in the lawyer industry. The establishment of the Party Working Committee of Lawyers Association marks that the management of the lawyer industry has entered a new stage in strengthening the leadership of the party and keeping close ties with the party.

自律师协会党工委成立以来，通过以党建引领和保障律师行业正确发展方向为指引，党的影响力和凝聚力不断增强，律师党员的先锋模范作用更加突出，2009年还实现了党的组织和党的工作在律师行业的全覆盖。几年来，通过开展“学习实践科学发展观”“保持党的纯洁性教育”“创先争优”等主题教育实践活动以及律师事务所党支部书记培训班、全市律师行业党建知识竞赛、“党员奉献五个一”等主题实践活动的举办，律师队伍的思想政治素质得到了切实加强，并且引导律师回馈社会、服务社会。

Since the establishment of the Party Working Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association, the party's influence and cohesion have been continuously enhanced by leading and ensuring the correct development direction of the lawyer industry through party building, and the vanguard and exemplary role of lawyer party members has become more prominent. In 2009, the full coverage of the party organization and work in the lawyer industry was realized. In recent years, through carrying out educational practice activities such as “Studying and Practicing the Scientific Concept of Development”, “Maintaining the Purity of the Party”, “Striving for Excellence”, holding training courses for party branch secretaries of law firms, knowledge contest on party building in the whole city's lawyer industry, and carrying out practical activities such as “Five Ones Contributed by Party Members”, the ideological and political quality education of lawyers was strengthened, and lawyers were guided to give back and serve the society.
