律师服务领域的拓宽与对外交流的发展，需要更多的优秀人才加入到律师行业中来。1997年，天津律师界开展了天津首届律师人才信息交流会，为律师事务所与已经或即将取得律师资格的人员搭建交流平台。此后每年都会举办这样的信息交流会，很多行业内的优秀人才通过该渠道进入到了律师队伍中。
The expansion of lawyer service field and the development of foreign exchange require more talents to join the industry. In 1997, Tianjin lawyers launched the first Tianjin lawyers talent information exchange conference, which set up a communication platform for law firms and those who have obtained or will soon obtain lawyer qualifications. 青年律师是律师业发展的未来。伴随着行业的发展，青年律师在整个队伍中的比重不断增加，如何更好地发挥他们的作用，对于行业持续健康发展具有重要的意义。为了给青年律师搭建更广阔的发展平台，2008年4月，共青团天津市律师协会工作委员会在全国率先成立，“青年律师法律服务团”也随之成立。服务团的成立，将分散在各个岗位上的青年律师团结到一起，形成了一支跨越各个执业领域和各个专业方向的律师团队。多年来，服务团律师深入社区、走上街头，普及法律知识，解答法律诉求，受到了广大人民群众的热烈欢迎，青年律师已将法律的触角伸向了社会的方方面面。为推动青年律师队伍实现整体协调发展，帮助广大青年律师解决后顾之忧，2009年5月，律师协会下发了《关于青年律师执业会费减免的通知》，决定对30岁以下、首次在津申请执业的专职律师实行第一个注册年度免缴律师会费、第二个注册年度减半缴纳律师会费的规定。该政策惠及每一位新入行的青年律师。
Young lawyers are the future of lawyers. With the development of the industry, the proportion of young lawyers in the whole team is increasing. How to play their role well is of great significance to the sustained and healthy development of the industry. In order to build a broader development platform for young lawyers, in April 2008, the Working Committee of Tianjin Lawyers Association of the Communist Youth League was first established in China, and the “Young Lawyers Legal Service Group” was subsequently established. With the establishment of the service corps, the young lawyers scattered in their respective posts are condensed together, forming a team of lawyers spanning all fields of practice and all professional directions. Over the years, lawyers of the service corps have gone deep into the community and taken to the streets to popularize legal knowledge and answer legal demands, which have been warmly welcomed by the broad masses of the people, and young lawyers have extended their legal tentacles to all aspects of society. In order to promote the overall coordinated development of young lawyers and help the majority of young lawyers solve their worries, in May 2009, the Municipal Lawyers Association issued the Notice on the Reduction and Exemption of Young Lawyers' Practice Fees, and decided to implement the regulations of exempting lawyers' fees in the first registration year and paying lawyers' fees in half in the second registration year for full-time lawyers under 30 years old who applied for practice in Tianjin for the first time. This policy benefited every new young lawyer.
