天津市律师协会坚守执业底线，健全和规范投诉处理程序，深入开展律师职业道德、执业纪律教育专项治理，不断净化律师队伍。加强对新执业律师及实习人员管理，系好律师执业的“第一粒纽扣”。同时加大行业培训培养力度，与全市12所高校开展“双师互进”合作，每年定期举办“天津律师大讲堂”“区域律师培训班”，各专门、专业委员会开展各类培训研讨活动230次。
Tianjin Lawyers Association adheres to the bottom line of practice, improves and standardizes complaint handling procedures, in-depth development of professional ethics and practice discipline education for lawyers, and constantly purifies the lawyer team. Strengthen the management of new practicing lawyers and interns, and be the “first button” of lawyers' practice. At the same time, we increase the intensity of industry training and talent training, and cooperate with 12 colleges and universities in our city to carry out “Lawyers and Professors Mutual Advancement and Swap Positions” cooperation, and regularly hold “Tianjin Lawyers Lectures” and “Regional Lawyers Training Classes” every year, and various specialized and professional committees carry out various training seminars 230 times.

天津市律师协会持续加强人才培养，着力打造行业优质人才队伍，同时加大对青年律师的培养和帮扶，落实《天津市律师行业领军人才培养工程实施方案》《关于扶持培养青年律师发展的指导意见》，为各专业领域人才及青年律师成长成才搭建平台、提供保障。此外，律师协会还制定了《天津市律师协会关于发展我市律师事务所境外分支机构的指导意见（2020—2022）》，着力培养一批在业务领域、服务能力方面具有较强国际竞争力的涉外法律服务机构和人才，不断推动天津律师事务所提升综合竞争力。

At the same time, the Guiding Opinions of Tianjin Lawyers Association on the Development of Overseas Branches of Law Firms in Our City (2020-2022) was formulated to focus on cultivating a group of foreign-related legal service institutions and talents with strong international competitiveness in business areas and service capabilities, and constantly promote Tianjin Law Firm to improve its comprehensive competitiveness.
为破解行业发展瓶颈，天津市律师协会联合相关高校举办了天津市律师行业“云招聘”等系列活动，帮助律师事务所吸收优秀人才，推动律师事务所在规模层次、管理制度、治理结构、发展模式等方面的改革创新。
