2021年，中国共产党迎来百年华诞。中共中央《法治中国建设规划（2020—2025年）》中指出：“当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局，我国正处于实现中华民族伟大复兴关键时期，改革发展稳定任务艰巨繁重，全面对外开放深入推进，人民群众在民主、法治、公平、正义、安全、环境等方面的要求日益增长，需要更好发挥法治固根本、稳预期、利长远的保障作用。”律师队伍作为法治建设的重要力量，经过百年沧桑变革，值此特殊的历史时刻，在中国共产党的伟大领导下，作好了承担新使命、踏上新征程的准备。国家“十四五”规划对完善律师制度、加快发展法律服务业、服务保障高质量发展也有明确要求。因此，新时代呼唤着新担当、新作为。在全面推进依法治国的进程中，律师将大有作为，也大有可为。
