(c) Self-Discipline Management to Achieve New Breakthroughs
天津市律师协会不断提升履职能力，定期召开代表大会、理事会和会长会议，建立述职评议考核机制，推动各工作机构有效履职。同时加强机构建设，新增三个专门委员会和七个专业委员会；完善内部治理结构，成立了15个区律师工作委员会。各区律工委不断完善服务，积极开展形式多样、内容丰富的活动。律师协会还积极健全内部管理制度，组织制定、修订《天津律师诚信信息管理披露办法》等26项自律性规则、规范，协会自律管理纳入了规范化、制度化的轨道。
Tianjin Lawyers Association has continuously improved the ability to perform duties, held regular congresses, councils and chairperson meetings, established a work report, appraisal and assessment mechanism, and promoted the effective performance of duties by various working institutions. At the same time, we strengthened the construction of institutions, added three special committees and seven professional committees; improved the internal governance structure, and established 15 district lawyer working committees. The legal work committees of all districts continue to improve their services and actively carry out activities in various forms and rich in content. The Municipal Lawyers Association has also actively improved its internal management system, organized the formulation and revision of 26 self-discipline rules and regulations including the Tianjin Lawyers' Credit Information Management and Disclosure Measures, and the association's selfdiscipline management has been brought into a standardized and institutionalized track.
天津市律师协会着眼文化传承、书写未来，把新时代天津市律师行业文化建设摆在自律管理工作更加突出的位置，深入开展行业优秀文化传承培育活动。同时制定《天津市律师行业党建工作评选表彰办法》，修订《天津市律师协会会员表彰奖励办法》，使行业内评优表彰工作常态化、规范化；开展天津市律师行业统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展先进评选和“最美女律师”评选活动，充分展示天津律师的风采。

Tianjin Lawyers Association focuses on cultural heritage, writes the future, puts the cultural construction of the Tianjin lawyer industry in the new era in a more prominent position in the self-discipline management work, and indepth development of the industry's outstanding cultural heritage and cultivation activities. At the same time, the Tianjin Lawyers Industry Appraisal and Recognition Measures for Party Building Work was formulated, and the Tianjin Lawyers Association Recognition and Reward Measures for Members of the Tianjin Lawyers Association were revised to normalize and standardize the evaluation and commendation work within the industry; to carry out the overall prevention and control of epidemic situation in Tianjin lawyer industry, carry out the selection of advanced collectives and individuals in economic and social development, carry out the selection activity of “the Most Beautiful Female Lawyer”, and fully display the elegant demeanour of Tianjin lawyers.
