Our policy on return merchandise is as follows：
·100%exchange or replacement on items inmint condition（less shipping and handling charges）；

·Merchandisemust be shipped back to us，and post-marked within 2 days of delivery；
·In order to qualify for exchange，replacement or store credit④，merchandise must be received by uswithin 30 days of purchase；
·Customers must receive authorization from Shanghai Mall BEFORE any materials are returned for replacement，exchange or credit.

·Items with stains—lipstick，cosmetic，oil，perfume or make-up—are not returnable；
