Guide：Everybody，on this step.We are now at themain entrance of Jinshan Temple.
Tourist：Most of your temples are Buddhist，aren't they？
Guide：Yes，that is true.
Tourist：The building is certainly spacious and magnificent.
Guide：Sure.It consists of a group of halls.Now let's step into the forecourt through the gate.On either side you can see a drum tower or a bell tower.
Tourist：Why are somany people queuing before the bell tower？
Guide：They're waiting for their turns to touch the bell，because they believe itwill bring them good luck.And bell-striking is one of the oldest Chinese traditions.
Tourist：It seems the bell ismade of bronze.How long has it been hanging here？
Guide：It is centuries old.Now，can you see those four figures in front of you？
Tourist：Oh，dear！What are these？They frightened me.
Guide：They are guardian warriors.
Tourist：Isee.They stand there day and night guarding the hall.
Guide：Exactly.Well，we're now in the main hall.Look up at the giant golden Buddha.It is always smiling.
Tourist：Yeah，yeah，isn't it？
Guide：Behind the hall is the residence of the abbot and monks.Over there are theirmeditation rooms.
Tourist：Do you have Islamic mosques and Christian churches？
Guide：Yes，we have.Islam ismostly practiced among some of theminority groups.
