RESERVATION AGREEMENT
Tinghua Hotel（hereinafter to be called as the first party）and Turner Travel（hereinafter to be called as the second party）have reached an agreement on room reservation for tour groups as follows：
PERIOD
The first party agrees to bring into effect the hotel reservation of 26 tour groups from the second party in 20__.
ROOM RATES
Room rate for a double room per night is 100 Yuan（RMB）.
ROOM RESERVATION
（1）The second party should provide the first party with the number of groups，number of total persons，the amount of rooms requested and the arrival and departure date of the group by January 20__.
（2）The second party should give the first party a general confirmation for next month's groups.The confirmation includes：
（a）Tour Code of the group.
（b）Date of arrival and departure and means of transportation.
（c）Number of persons and number of rooms needed.
ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT
（1）The Second party should remit RMB 3，000 Yuan as a deposit to the first party whilemaking reservations.The first partywill not guarantee the rooms requested without receiving the remittance.
（2）The second party should remit the full amount of hotel rental cost and meal expenses to the first party's Account No.876543 Shanghai，Communication Bank，30 days prior to the arrival of each group.
MODIFICATION＆CANCELLATION
No cancellation feewill be charged when the first party is informed 20 days prior to the arrival of the group.Room cost of the whole group of a day will be charged if cancellation is received within 20 days prior to the arrival of the group.
OTHERS
（1）Both sides should act according to this agreement.Should there be any violation by the second party against any of the stipulation in this agreement，or should there be a transfer of any rights，without the consentof the first party，the first party has the right to cancel this agreement.
（2）This agreement is valid from Jan.1，20__to Dec.31，20and effective from the date of the signing on both sides.

协议书
蓝天宾馆（以下简称甲方）与特纳旅行社（以下简称乙方）就预订宾馆客房事宜达成如下协议：
甲方同意接受乙方2021年1月1日至12月31日散客的住房预订。
房价及膳费：
每天每间双人房房费人民币530元。每人早餐费40元。
订房办法
乙方应提前10天通知甲方，并确定散客的抵达日期（即入住日期）、房数及天数。并向甲方账号（交通银行上海分行：876543）预付人民币3000元作为预订金。
结算方式
1）全部散客的住房费均由乙方负责向客人收取。
2）除房费及早餐费外，所有其他费用均由客人现付。
取消预订
如果乙方在10天前通知甲方取消预订，甲方可免收解约费；如果10天内通知，则收取一天房费。
其他事项
1）甲乙双方将按照本协议办事。如乙方违反协议中任何条款，或未经甲方书面同意转让协议中的任何权益，甲方有权单方面终止本协议。
2）本协议有效期为2021年1月1日至12月31日。
