Charlie is themanager of a 100-seat restaurant in a resort area in Beijing.As the dinner crowd starts to thin outone night，he hears a sound outside the side door of his restaurant.When he opens the door，he sees that the wife of one of his customers is sitting on the steps holding her ankle.The light beside this door isn't very bright，but he thinks he sees her husband rushing to the car.Charlie asks if there's anything he can do to help and the woman tells him that her husband is taking her right to the emergency room to get her ankle checked out.③She tells Charlie that he'll be sure to get the hospital bill and more.Her husband pulls up alongside her，gets his wife in the car，and tells Charlie，“You'll hear from me！”
As promised，the next day her husband drops off the hospital bill to Charlie and threatens a lawsuit.Charlie tells him thathe doesn'tunderstand，after all he did ask if he could help④，and he explained that the door they used was not the proper exit for guests.It was an employee entrance and exit.At this point，the man tells Charlie，“You'll hear from my lawyer.”
