学生通过七上Unit 8的学习,对学校活动种类已有初步了解,并且通过七下Unit 11的学习,对如何描述过去发生的事情也有了初步的掌握,同时对学校旅行的话题介绍有了比较清楚的文章结构意识,也积累了校外研学相关话题的各类活动表达用语,能用恰当的形容词抒发情感。校外研学,是学生非常感兴趣的学校类活动。学生应该通过复习,以旧带新,完善对研学活动这一话题的表述与认知。随着生活水平的提高,可供学生选择的研学地点越来越多,但是学生应该认识到,学校研学旅行的真正意义是通过集体旅行拓展视野,丰富知识,加深与自然和文化的亲近感,即读万卷书,行万里路。

Learning Objectives

By the end of the class,students are expected to

◆know simple past regular and irregular verbs well;

◆talk about the past events with the help of the simple past tense;

◆feel the meaning of school trip;

◆describe their own school trip by keeping diary entries.

Teaching Focuses&Learning Difficulties

◆Teaching focuses:Help Ss to keep diary entries using proper verbal phrases and adjectives of descriptions related to school trip.

◆Learning difficulties:Ss can finish the writing tasks with the correct simple past tense and realize the real meaning of study tour.
