这是九年级的学生第一次在教材中学到与本话题相关的语句表达,对于被动语态的系统学习也主要集中于九年级的Unit 5和Unit 6。Unit 5主要谈论产品用什么制造,在哪儿制造等问题,涉及句型“be made of/from”“be made in”等。Unit 6主要谈论发明的历史,涉及句型“be invented in...”“be invented by...”“It's used for...”等。本节课以发明与技术话题为依托,创设交换生Amanda应邀参观利物浦世界博物馆的情境,帮助学生在语境中复习发明物相关的知识,包括发明时间、发明地点、发明者、使用材料、用途等,并且能够借助两个单元复习的重点词汇和句型,正确运用被动语态向他人介绍中西方发明物。
