【点评】尽管今天的科学技术与200年前比较已经有了天翻地覆的变化，但依然会有相当部分的直肠癌患者不可避免地需面对永久性结肠造口，具体到每一位患者的肛门应该“保”还是“弃”只能个性化处理。
