Hailan Paulsen is lecturer in the School of Languages,Literatures,Cultures and Linguistics at Monash University,Australia.She has long time teaching experiences both in China and Australia.Hailan’s research interests and publications cover areas of second language acquisition,teaching of interpreting and translation skills.Presently,she is concentrating on the study of self-efficacy in interpreting education in a multimedia-based learning environment.Hailan is a practicing professional English/Chinese interpreter and translator certified by the Australian National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters(NAATI).
